Job Description

  • Support the Head in managing relationships with mobile app advertisers and agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Assist in campaign planning, setup, monitoring, and optimization to meet performance goals (CPI, lead generation, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including ad operations and analytics, to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and post-campaign analysis for clients.
  • Assist in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts to drive renewals and incremental revenue.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding campaign updates, performance insights, and billing matters.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in mobile app advertising.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or advertising, preferably in performance marketing (CPI, lead generation, etc.).
  • Experience working with mobile app advertisers or agencies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
