Job Description

  • Client Acquisition: Target and secure new clients within the region.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with C-level executives and senior IT stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to meet territory targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with solutioning, talent acquisition, and service delivery teams to close deals.
  • Lead Generation: Cold call prospects and follow up on warm leads to convert them into sales.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present tailored proposals to clients.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and networking functions to drive business development.
  • Client Familiarization: Understand client systems, processes, and business needs.
  • RFI/RFP/RFQ Support: Contribute to customer requests for information and proposals.
  • Digital Strategy: Collaborate with tech experts to design and implement digital strategies for clients.
  • Revenue Growth: Cross-sell additional services to existing clients and expand service delivery.
  • Thought Leadership: Share insights and collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation.
  • Revenue Targets: Achieve revenue growth and diversify services in the assigned territory.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in consultative B2B sales
  • Experienced in IT services, digital solutions, or strategy consulting
  • Skilled in building and managing C-level client relationships
