The individual will be coordinating with a team of Account Strategists and supporting Account Management Head to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue objectives. As an AM, you will be serving Corporate customers by applying customer obsession to what clients care about and need, and building and maintaining strong, trusted-advisor relationships with day-to-day practitioner contacts at advertiser/agency/tool provider.

Job Description



1. Strong Customer Relationships & Account Health

  • Own day‑to‑day management of newly onboarded and existing customers.
  • Ensure flawless campaign execution in close coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain full awareness of billing and compliance requirements, and contribute to a high‑quality, actionable Customer Plan.



2. Drive Optimizations to Meet Revenue & Performance Targets

  • Identify and execute campaign‑level upsell and optimization opportunities aligned to client ROI goals.
  • Leverage internal tools to prioritize and implement optimizations efficiently.
  • Provide insightful feedback to refine tactics and improve relevance to client objectives.
  • Use self‑serve tools and community forums to deliver insights for clients without dedicated Insights support.



3. Be a Fluent Advocate of the Platform's Value Proposition

  • Educate clients on how the advertising platform and its features support their business goals and budget execution.
  • Encourage regular platform engagement to reduce reliance on the Account Manager for routine tasks.
  • Maintain readiness, continuously upskill, and build intermediate expertise in new and emerging products/features.



4. Operate as Part of a High‑Performing, Collaborative Account Team

  • Manage timely customer escalations by leveraging Account Executives and internal partners to resolve issues and revenue blockers.
  • Provide actionable feedback on products, tools, and processes via appropriate channels.
  • Own the customer transition process and ensure operational excellence in change management (e.g., Book of Business updates).



5. Commit to Continuous Learning & Professional Growth

  • Deepen expertise in search advertising and industry trends.
  • Take ownership of personal development by maintaining and reviewing a career development plan.
  • Complete required and recommended training, applying new learnings to enhance performance and career progression.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of SEM sales or online media experience in the Philippines.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising (CPA, CPM, CPC) and search marketing.
  • Proven ability to meet revenue targets, solve problems, and collaborate across teams.
  • Skilled in client needs assessment, delivering tailored pitches, and managing complex situations.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities.
  • Knowledge of search industry trends and a passion for technology‑driven growth.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to travel when needed.
