Job Description

Own and Grow Your Territory

  • Lead and drive sales for the specimen management portfolio within your assigned region
  • Achieve sales, growth, and market share targets across hospitals, diagnostic labs, and healthcare institutions
  • Expand product adoption and strengthen brand presence across strategic accounts



Build Strategic Customer Relationships

  • Establish, develop, and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders such as pathologists, laboratory managers, procurement teams, and infection control specialists
  • Engage decision makers and influencers involved in specimen workflow design, evaluation, and purchasing
  • Provide excellent customer service and product support to clinical and laboratory teams (e.g., workflow optimization discussions, best practice sharing, product troubleshooting, and technical references)



Drive Demand and Market Development

  • Partner with Marketing to implement demand-generation activities for the specimen management portfolio
  • Raise awareness of the company's solutions and drive product utilization by highlighting benefits such as workflow efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards
  • Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and untapped market segments within the territory



Execute the Sales Process with Excellence

  • Collaborate closely with the National Sales Leader and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical Support, Supply Chain) to manage high-impact opportunities
  • Lead the full sales cycle-from prospecting and product presentation to closing deals and providing post-sales support
  • Develop and manage sales activities including account plans, funnel management, and accurate forecasting for your territory



Provide Insights and Reporting

  • Translate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence into actionable insights
  • Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders to refine sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems, sales reports, and territory dashboards



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological/Medical Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field (required)
  • Background in radiography, nursing, or clinical support is a strong advantage
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales and/or account management experience, ideally in a multinational medical device, or healthcare company
  • Experience working with hospital segments and/or interventional products is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence key customers and stakeholders
  • An adaptable communicator who can work effectively with all levels of staff and leadership, both internally and externally
