The Accountant is responsible for the month-end processes, financial & management reporting, audit & balance sheet reviews and compliance. They will mainly be handling review of reconciliations and recording of the GL including Intercompany, Fixed Assets and other key reconciliations such as AP, AR.

Job Description

The Accountant is responsible for:

  • Preparation of business unit financial statements and relevant reports
  • Collaboration with the Business Services for timely month-end processes
  • Balance sheet maintenance
  • Monitor and action reconciliations (AR, AP, GRIR, and AUC)
  • Recording related to the General Ledger
  • Record keeping including Intercompany, Accruals, and Fixed Assets
  • Assisting in internal and external audits

The Successful Applicant

The successful Accountant is:

  • CPA, CA CMA is a plus
  • Strong background in audit
  • BS in Accountancy or Business discipline
  • 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
  • Extensive experience in a global business
  • Able to work 3PM-12AM mid-shift
