The client is a fast-growing multinational consultancy firm with an office located in Makati. They are looking for an Accounting Manager to join their ranks and lead up the Finance & Accounting team of the Philippines.
Job Description
The Accounting Manager of this multinational consultancy firm will:
- Report directly to the Regional Finance Controller
- Oversee month-end closing period
- Maintain accuracy of financial information in the books
- Lead the periodic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international reporting standards
- Handle corporate tax filings to the BIR
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Accounting Manager role has:
- CPA qualification with at least 8 years of Finance & Accounting experience (minimum of 3 years in a leadership role)
- Has experience working in multinational companies
- Knowledge in local accounting and tax compliance
- Displays dynamic personality and good communication skills
- Possesses leadership qualities and can delegate tasks effectively
