This role requires an Accounting Manager who will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The successful candidate will also be tasked with auditing financial documents and procedures, bookkeeping, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns.

Job Description

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Audit financial transactions and documents

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

  • An Accounting or Finance Degree
  • CPA
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Hands-on experience with creating financial statements
  • Excellent numerical skills with an attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable about Quickbook
