Job Description

The Accounting Manager is responsible for:

  • Day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements including balance sheet, income statements and cash flow
  • Develop internal controls
  • Maintenance of the GL
  • Financial analysis and support strategic decision making
  • Manage external audit process
  • Mentor and train accounting staff

The Successful Applicant

The successful Accounting Manager is:

  • CPA with a degree in Accounting
  • Strong technical experience in end-to-end accounting
  • 8 years experience in General Accounting and Financial Reporting
  • 3 years at least in a Supervisory/Managerial role
  • Experience in working in a bank or bank audit
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and FS consolidation
