Job Description

The Accounting Specialist (Payables and Payroll) is responsible for:

  • Processing, review and verification of invoices, purchase orders, and payments
  • Preparation of payments to vendors
  • Resolve discrepancies and issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain AP transactions
  • Calculating application expanded witholding tax
  • Preparation and posting of accounting entries related to payments processing

The Successful Applicant

The successful Accounting Specialist (Payables and Payroll) is

  • Degree in Accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience on payments/payroll
  • General accounting/financial reporting knowledge is a plus
