Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager include:

  • Implementing field strategies and policies to achieve division forecasts and national objectives.
  • Analyzing division and district data to maximize sales growth.
  • Recruiting, managing, and leading salesforce, providing training, development, and motivation.
  • Building a strong, high-performing sales team.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Division Sales Manager candidate must have:

  • At least 4 years of leadership experience handling North Luzon locations
  • Career progression within field sales/ direct sales from direct selling or FMCG companies
  • Strong leadership skills and would have a strong influential presence to lead the sales teams
