Job Description

  • Plan and establish production schedules to meet delivery timelines and optimise capacity.
  • Initiate work orders and ensure products meet specified quality standards.
  • Manage shift operations and supervise direct staff for smooth production processes.
  • Enforce Health and Safety regulations in line with company policies.
  • Oversee material and production planning, including inventory accuracy and stockroom maintenance.
  • Lead and motivate team members, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and TEOA plans for future growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric outcomes and operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supervisor II should have:

  • 3-5+ years' experience as a practitioner as an Engineer.
  • Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatic drawings.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related communication tools.
  • Knowledge in various machines from Stamping, Molding, Plating, and Assembly.
