Job Description

  • Plan and establish production schedules to meet delivery timelines and optimise capacity.
  • Manage shift operations and direct staff, ensuring smooth production processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and company policies during all activities.
  • Monitor product quality and specifications, guaranteeing adherence to customer requirements.
  • Lead and motivate team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee material and production planning, including inventory accuracy and stock control.
  • Drive Kaizen and TEOA initiatives to support operational excellence and future growth.
  • Utilise SAP and MS Office tools for reporting, scheduling, and process optimisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supervisor III should have:

  • 3-5+ years' experience as a practitioner as an Engineer.
  • Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatic drawings.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related communication tools.
  • Knowledge in various machines from Stamping, Molding, Plating, and Assembly.
