Job Description



Strategic Planning Support:

  • Assist in developing a strategic business plan to meet brand growth targets and drive market share.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify market opportunities and brand positioning strategies.



Product Launch & Marketing Program Development:

  • Support the development of marketing programs and projects for new product launches.
  • Assist in formulating long-term and short-term marketing plans to ensure successful product positioning and brand equity growth.



Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Gather and analyze competitor pricing, trends, and market movements to support brand strategy adjustments.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and new opportunities for brand development.



Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Coordinate with various suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of brand materials and resources.



Cross-functional Project Management:

  • Facilitate project coordination by liaising with cross-functional teams, including sales, trade marketing, product development, finance, and creative, to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.



The Successful Applicant

  • You have at least 2-3 years of brand management experience in FMCG, retail, F&B, e-commerce, or digital platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
