As an Assistant Production Manager:
You will be responsible for leading a diverse and talented team working together towards making every day a perfect day in manufacturing. You will be driving the execution of standard processes to meet the required product standards and increase productivity and will play a pivotal role in building the capability of the line team to constantly raise the bar of manufacturing excellence. You will be at the forefront of creating a culture that goes all out for zero loss, zero defects, and breakthrough results through coaching and mentoring with ownership in (a) Incident Elimination (b) Quality Trigger (c) Clean, Inspect and Lubricate (d) Defects Handling Management Systems. You will be expected also to effectively build your team's capability in the use of the aforementioned Integrated Operating System's (IOS) tools and methodology.
The Successful Applicant
Who We're Looking For:
At least a bachelor's degree in either Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Electrical Engineering (or related engineering courses)
At least 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience working in a high volume consumer goods manufacturing company
Well-versed in Lean Manufacturing Practices (ie. TPM, IWS, IL6S, etc). You are driven, committed and passionate to level up standards and has strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills
Good communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also required
Must also be amenable to work in Tanuan, Batangas
