Job Description

  • Oversee and lead the Accounting and Treasury operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Maintain compliance with PFRS, BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
  • Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Support project financial monitoring
  • Coordinate with banks for operational requirements and loan documentation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the SVP-Finance and President.
  • Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP Finance should have:

  • CPA license
  • Strong background and understanding of real estate / construction industry
  • Extensive experience in dealing and negotiating with banks and financial institutions
  • High level of integrity, analytical ability, and strategic thinking.
