The client is a well-known multinational FMCG company in the food and beverages subsector. They are migrating their regional Financial Planning and Analysis function to the Taguig office.

Job Description

The key responsibilities for the AVP of Financial Planning and Analysis are:

  • Efficient and effective planning process of the organization's global resources in line with strategic ambition
  • Work with business partners and stakeholders to deliver the planning process
  • Actively identifies interventions required to keep performance on track
  • Timely delivery of the relevant information to stakeholders to make sound decisions
  • Influence and support mid to long term strategy of the organization

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for thee AVP of Financial Planning and Analysis will have:

  • At least 10 years of FP&A experience; majority of those in MNCs
  • Strong background in FMCG or Pharmaceuticals
  • Capable leader and team-player
  • Effective communicator
  • Good business acumen
