This role leads the design, execution, and governance of employee benefits programmes, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organisation's total rewards strategy. The Benefits Lead drives retirement schemes, long‑service incentives, flexi‑benefits, and analytics to enhance employee experience and business outcomes.

Job Description

      • Design, implement, and manage employer‑sponsored retirement plans and long‑service incentive programmes, ensuring legal, tax, and regulatory compliance.
      • Lead the rollout and ongoing administration of a flexi‑benefits platform in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders.
      • Manage annual renewals and performance reviews of HMO, Group Life Insurance, TPAs, and insurance brokers, including cost and value analysis.
      • Develop and maintain benefits dashboards, utilisation reports, and ROI analysis to support informed decision‑making.
      • Launch and manage a total rewards‑based eNPS system in collaboration with HR Digitalisation and Learning & Development teams.
      • Ensure benefits governance aligns with statutory requirements, internal policies, and regional labour standards, working closely with Finance and Legal.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in compensation and benefits, total rewards, or HR operations with ownership of benefits programmes.
  • Proven knowledge of statutory and regulatory benefits requirements (e.g. retirement, long service, insurance).
  • Experience managing vendors, renewals, and complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using data to drive programme improvements.
  • Experience implementing flexi‑benefits or digital HR platforms.
  • Exposure to regional or multi‑market benefits governance.
  • Background working closely with Finance on funding, accounting, or actuarial considerations.
  • Experience launching employee engagement or eNPS initiatives linked to rewards.
