Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives
  • Monitor performance and drive productivity across the team
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3+ years' experience in sales, preferably insurance or financial services
  • Proven track record in hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Insurance or financial services certifications are a plus
