Job Description

  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and document business requirements for technical teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate data inputs.
  • Provide insights through data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Support the development and implementation of new systems or tools.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track project success.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Open to Junior and Senior levels
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • An ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience working within the Technology & Telecoms industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred.
