- Managing ticketing system and ensuring comprehensive database of incidents and resolutions is kept up to date
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required

The Successful Applicant
- Must have at least 4 years' experience working with complex systems with hundreds of users and complex business requirements in a technical leadership capacity
- Has strong experience with VBA, SQL server and all related technologies. .NET development expertise
- Experience in the following: Visual Studio, ASP.NET/MVC, C#, MS Office VBA, SQL
