Job Description

  • Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities, assess competition, and develop strategies to expand the clinic's patient base and geographic reach.
  • Partnership & Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, nephrologists, insurance companies, and healthcare networks to drive referrals and business partnerships.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts by promoting the clinic's services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and growth targets.
  • Brand Promotion & Marketing: Develop and implement marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to increase awareness and promote the center's services within the community and healthcare networks.
  • Operational Support & Collaboration: Work closely with operations and clinical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, identify areas for improvement, and ensure business objectives align with operational capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Background: Must have a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in business development, willing to work as an individual contributor.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and familiarity with regulations, reimbursement models, and trends in renal care.
  • Proven Sales & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success in driving business growth through effective sales strategies, negotiations, and closing partnerships within the healthcare or medical field.
  • Relationship-Building Abilities: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to expand market share and increase service utilization.
  • Communication & Leadership Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively, lead cross-functional teams, and drive organizational change in a collaborative manner.
