Job Description

  • New client acquisition.
  • Build client relationships at the "C" level and senior-level IT stakeholders who are responsible for driving business decisions.
  • Follow sales objective for territory and set written plans of targets.
  • Work closely with the Solutioning, Talent Acquisition, and Service Delivery teams to drive business to closure.
  • Cold call prospective leads.
  • Proposal development.
  • Attend networking and industry events.
  • Follow up on warm leads and convert hot leads into sales.
  • Become thoroughly familiar with client systems and processes.
  • Key contributor to customer RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
  • Work closely with Tech experts to develop digital strategies for clients.

The Successful Applicant

  • Consultative sales experience in strategy consulting firms/IT services companies with an appreciation and understanding of digital and selling digital solutions.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong record in growing solutions business.
  • Direct sales and client relationship management experience.
  • Appreciation for the digital technology opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers to create a result driven, team oriented environment.
  • Strong executive presence and leadership profile.
  • Team player.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to be able to work across all areas within a company culture that is entrepreneurial, flexible, high performance, and agile.
  • Ability to foster and maintain solid partnerships with clients and internal staff.
