Job Description

Business Development Manager with responsibility for developing business opportunities in newly developed market segments as well as account management & relationship management for existing customers.

  • Analyse markets in the given coverage area and look at key trends to identify new growth markets

  • Map the size of new opportunities in the short to medium term for planning purposes.

  • Develop an aggressive sales strategy and plan to achieve sales and business targets for new business as well as cross selling the range of services to existing customers.

  • Develop Key Account Management Plans for existing clients. Utilise existing tools to develop strategic plans for customers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in B2B solution selling and familiar with sales methodologies
  • Attention to details and results-driven
  • Excellent business acumen & ability to spot commercial opportunities
  • Customer focus and pro-active in liaising with external and internal customers
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Confident when dealing with a large & diverse portfolio of clients
