Business Development Manager with responsibility for developing business opportunities in newly developed market segments as well as account management & relationship management for existing customers.
Analyse markets in the given coverage area and look at key trends to identify new growth markets
Map the size of new opportunities in the short to medium term for planning purposes.
Develop an aggressive sales strategy and plan to achieve sales and business targets for new business as well as cross selling the range of services to existing customers.
Develop Key Account Management Plans for existing clients. Utilise existing tools to develop strategic plans for customers.
The Successful Applicant
- Background in B2B solution selling and familiar with sales methodologies
- Attention to details and results-driven
- Excellent business acumen & ability to spot commercial opportunities
- Customer focus and pro-active in liaising with external and internal customers
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Confident when dealing with a large & diverse portfolio of clients
