Job Description

  • Develops business pipeline by securing new opportunities and maximizing current services.
  • Strengthens cross-functional support to lead new business discussions and initiatives.
  • Identifies and manages business opportunities to align with company financial goals.
  • Oversees research and feasibility studies, preparing findings for decision-making.
  • Manages new business negotiations.
  • Prepares contracts and mitigates risks to protect business interests.
  • Identifies upselling opportunities and manages contract renegotiations.
  • Ensures profitability and customer retention during contract renewals, reviewing margins and service levels.
  • Improves business development processes and fosters cross-functional collaboration.
  • Creates business models and manages data to guide strategies.
  • Collaborates with regional teams and stakeholders on upselling, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Builds long-term client relationships to enhance business opportunities and retention.
  • Presents company capabilities and hosts client visits related to new business.
  • Promotes corporate brand awareness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or market expansion.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry in the Philippines.
  • Familiar with ethical and consumer healthcare products in pharmacies, hospitals, and e-commerce.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in successful business development strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Experience in leading campaigns, content development, and marketing reports.
  • Goal-oriented and focused.
