Job Description

Specific duties include:



  • New Client Acquisition: Focusing on a target list for the region and following a written territory plan to meet top-line revenue targets.


  • Strategic Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining connections with C-level executives and senior IT stakeholders who drive business decisions.


  • Sales Cycle Management: Handling the end-to-end sales process, including cold calling prospective leads, following up on warm leads, and developing formal proposals.


  • Technical Collaboration: Working closely with internal Technical Experts to develop digital strategies for clients and contributing to RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses.


  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinating with the Solutioning, Talent Acquisition, and Service Delivery teams to ensure deals are successfully closed and delivered.


  • Service Expansion: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell higher-value engagements and diversifying the services delivered to existing clients to win large transformational deals.


  • Professional Networking: Representing the company at various industry events to build brand presence and generate new opportunities.
