Seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Business to lead our business operations, incubate new products, drive revenue growth, and manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. The ideal candidate will also play a critical role in defining and leading the product road map, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands.

Job Description

Incubation of New Products
- Identify and assess new opportunities in the crypto & investments space, focusing on block chain-based innovations.
- Lead ideation, development, and launch of new products to drive product excellence.
- Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

Revenue Growth
- Develop strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth, including exploring new business models and revenue streams.
- Stay updated on market trends to adjust strategies and capture emerging opportunities.

P&L Management
- Oversee business financial, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, analysing financial data to drive cost-effective operations.

Product Road map Leadership
- Define the strategic product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.
- Prioritise features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive insights.

Leadership and Team Management
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth.
- Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support training and development initiatives.
- Ensure open communication and strong collaboration across all organisational levels.

The Successful Applicant

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
● Extensive experience in business development, product management, and P&L management, preferably in the cryptocurrency, investments or fin-tech industry.
● Proven track record of incubating and launching successful products.
● Deep understanding of block chain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and industry trends.
● Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
