The client is a multinational manufacturing and production company headquartered in the U.S. They're looking for a Finance Business Process Improvement Manager to join their finance hub located in Cebu.
Job Description
The Finance Business Process Improvement Manager role is responsible for:
- Conceptualizing, designing, executing, and implementing projects in pursuit of process improvements
- Ensure that process improvement objectives are clear and passed on to everyone in the team
- Understanding current state of processes and identifying areas for further improvement
- Coordinate with the global team in facilitating process improvements
- Usage of various tools and methods in leading continuous improvement projects
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Finance Business Process Improvement Manager is:
- An Accounting Graduate and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for at least two years
- Strong leadership skills in a finance shared service environment
- Comfortable and thrives in working in a fast and agile environment
- Has demonstrated history of being successful in spearheading business improvement projects
- Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Minitab and other innovative solutions; knowledge in Power BI is an advantage
