Business Unit Head for Vaccines

Ensure flawless execution of commercial objectives in market, while managing stakeholders across the Asia Area and International teams.

Provide leadership and anchor cross functional team, particularly Medical, Government Affairs, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Communications to deliver patient and business objectives.

Ensure optimal positioning for vaccines products vis a vis external stakeholders, working closely with HCPs, governments and payers to achieve patient and business goals and objectives.

Ensure timely and equitable supply to our region, working closely with our Regulatory and Supply Chain teams.

Continue to drive patient centricity and innovation through all aspects of vaccines products' global commercialization and marketing programs.

Appropriately manage governance interactions and alignment across senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and other key stakeholders to provide well-coordinated input into critical business decisions.
