Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience, drive brand awareness, and boost sales.
  • Lead the development of GTM strategies for new product launches, coordinating with product management, sales, and other teams to achieve successful market entry.
  • Drive innovation initiatives, guiding the development and launch of new products that meet customer needs and align with the brand's purpose.
  • Develop and implement media plans, optimizing marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI and brand exposure.
  • Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective trade marketing and promotional activities that drive in-store visibility and product availability.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities, utilizing data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with various internal departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing plans.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights for continuous improvement.
