About Our Client

The client is a multinational microfinancing company. Office is in Quezon City.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support business goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Lead the finance team to achieve operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the C-Suite team.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and mitigate financial risks across the organization.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize cost management and revenue growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • A degree in finance or accounting
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly advantageous.
  • experience in financial services, banking, insurance or other related industries
  • strong background in a leadership function managing end to end finance
