Job Description

  • Overseeing financial operations and strategic planning
  • Monitoring financial performance and making necessary adjustments
  • Leading and guiding the finance team
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Developing and implementing effective financial strategies
  • Collaborating with other C-Suite executives to drive the company's success
  • Preparing financial reports and presenting them to the board
  • Identifying areas for cost reduction and financial improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in finance. International exposure is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a senior financial role in at lease a PHP 50-B business
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and standards
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to make sound financial decisions and strong recommendations
