This is a strategic CFO role for a publicly listed, fast-growing real estate and property company, where you will lead all capital-raising initiatives. You will join a well-established leadership team managing a capable finance department while strengthening the company's financial future through debt financing, bond issuance, and investor relations.

Job Description

  • Lead all fundraising activities including debt financing, bond issuance, and capital raising.
  • Oversee capital allocation strategies and manage assets used as collateral for financing.
  • Provide strategic financial leadership while supervising a strong, well-managed finance team.
  • Build and nurture relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.

The Successful Applicant

Non‑negotiables:

  • Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in real estate and property, construction, or energy.
  • Strong background in capital raising, debt financing, and bond issuance.
  • Ability to manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders (CEO, Chairman, Board).
  • Strong banking networks and ability to engage external financial partners.



Good-to-haves:

  • Experience in an MNC or PLC environment.
  • Exposure to investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory firms.
  • Agile leadership style suited to a fast-growing business.
