The Channel Account Manager will develop and implement programs to recruit, incentivize, and train partners, ensuring the growth of both base business and targeted sales in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Manage and expand business through channel partners, including system integrators and distributors.
  • Drive sales growth by developing and implementing programs with focus distributors to improve base business.
  • Conduct market research in the Philippines to identify opportunities for channel expansion.
  • Acquire, onboard, and train new channel partners, ensuring successful partner engagement.
  • Co-develop business opportunities with channel partners through promotions and business programs.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships between distributors and channel partners.
  • Register and manage distributor projects, ensuring proper support and coordination.
  • Continuously develop the channel partner ecosystem to drive long-term growth.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Channel Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or related field.
  • Extensive experience in managing distributors and channel partners.
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager or Channel Account Manager in IT distribution with nationwide reach is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and persuasive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop, manage, and sustain local channel programs in alignment with regional partner strategies.
