Job Description

  • Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the business to achieve growth objectives.
  • Lead and manage operations to maximize revenue and market share
  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the F&B sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Mentor and develop leadership teams to foster a high-performing organizational culture.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Chief Executive Officer (CEO) should have:

  • A proven track record in executive leadership roles within F&B or FMCG, with strong knowledge of the Philippines market
  • Experience in managing large teams and driving organizational growth.
  • Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and operational management.
  • Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills.
