Job Description

  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Collaborate with the board on setting the vision for the organisation, brand & operations strategy & overall short to long term business planning
  • Develop and motivate a high performing leadership team, including succession planning
  • Develop new stores & concepts
  • Drive change & transformation where needed to improve operational effectiveness, brand growth & profitability
  • Be both strategic & hands-on, ensuring involvement in key business performance areas, as necessary to achieve organisation objectives
  • Innovation, portfolio management, pricing & consumer insights
  • Collaborate extensively with key stakeholders in this F&B business & within the wider group of companies

The Successful Applicant

  • CEO should have a background in a similar C-level leadership role, as a COO, GM or Managing Director
  • Background in F&B / QSR, including operations - operations experience is a must
  • Philippines experience is essential
  • Proven track record leading and building high performing teams - a people person with high EQ
  • Capability to lead in both a large corporate setting and the background to navigate and be successful in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Capability to run an operation with 1000+ stores
  • International experience highly desirable - returning Filipinos encouraged to apply
