Job Description

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards relevant to the Financial Services industry.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the C-Suite team based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Optimize financial performance by identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage financial risks to safeguard the organization's assets.

The Successful Applicant

Chief Finance Officer Non‑negotiables

  • Senior finance executive with extensive CFO-level experience in financial services or fintech.
  • Strong background in multi-entity financial operations, capital strategy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership in financial transformation, governance, and cross-functional team management.
  • CPA qualification required; advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in high-growth, complex, or digitally driven financial environments.



Good-to-haves

  • Experience with IFRS 17 or similar large-scale regulatory/standards transformation programs.
  • Regional or multi-market exposure across Southeast Asia.
  • Prior oversight of risk, compliance, or enterprise control functions.
  • Track record in digital finance, fintech models, or insurtech ecosystems.
