The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Proven expertise in IT strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and managing large-scale systems.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of building high-performance teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, data privacy, and IT governance.
