Job Description

  • Build and develop a large, high performing marketing team who will execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that contributes to the company's ambitious growth targets
  • Succession planning for the future marketing & business leaders of the organisation, either in the Philippines or internationally
  • Take full accountability for all KPIs relating to customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead the digital transformation initiatives to enhance online presence and customer experience.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing, technology, and revenue using data-driven insights to optimize results.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximise ROI across all channels & initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in a consumer driven industry such as retail banking, consumer tech and/or FMCG
  • Proven track record developing high performing marketing teams
  • Background and track record of nurturing existing customers, increasing repeat business, improving brand loyalty, customer retention rates, customer lifetime value, and Net Promoter Score.
  • Data driven with a strong understanding of how to expand business and achieve growth targets through digital channels
  • Energetic, innovative, and creative - with the execution skills to make an impact
  • Problem solver with a growth mindset, a bias for action and strong with numbers & data, to make actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders
  • Experience in the Philippines market
