  • Setting marketing goals and objectives.
  • Determining KPIs for the department.
  • Tracking KPIs regularly
  • Planning, Implementing, and Managing the marketing strategy.
  • Conducting market research.
  • Identifying customer needs.
  • Tracking marketing budget
  • Managing advertising and public relations.
  • Analysing marketing data.
  • Keeping up with current trends in the industry.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Have a strong marketing background and excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Have a deep understanding of the Philippines customer behaviour and market dynamics.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MA in Marketing, Management, or similar relevant field
