About Our Client

Our client is a privately owned BPO / Outsourcing provider that is currently expanding it's operations.

Job Description

The Chief Operating Officer will be based in Manila and will be able & willing to travel domestically and internationally, especially in the short term as new sites are opened.Other key initiatives:

  • Working with the CEO & leadership team to develop actionable business strategies and align with operations
  • Take ownership of the team's productivity
  • Work with external advisors and stakeholders to maintain key relationships to support the business
  • Oversee daily operations
  • Mitigates operational risks and develops contingency plans

The Successful Applicant

To apply for the Chief Operating Officer, applicants will have held a similar position and spent at least 3 to 5 years in Manila or an location in the Philippines. Therefore we accepting Expat applications.

All applicants will be able to demonstrate; examples of driving changes, achieving operational goals and developing leaders.

Applicants will ideally come from the BPO sector (VP / Director level) or ideally similar sectors such as SSC / GBS or lead large scale teams (HC 1000 plus). Executives from Call Centre and Customer Service operations will also be considered.
