  • Strategic HR Leadership: Drive the development and execution of HR strategies that align with company goals. Lead and motivate the HR team to meet and exceed organizational objectives.


  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract top talent while ensuring alignment with industry standards and equity.


  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment and retention efforts to secure top-tier talent, ensuring the company has the right people in place to meet future goals.


  • Employee Development: Champion training and development initiatives to continuously enhance employee skills, ensuring the workforce stays engaged and aligned with business objectives.


  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee relations with fairness and transparency while ensuring compliance with all legal regulations, maintaining a positive work environment.


  • Culture & Engagement: Foster a culture that reflects the company's core values and promotes diversity and inclusion, while implementing recognition programs that celebrate top performers and boost morale.



The Successful Applicant

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; master's preferred. 15+ years in HR leadership, with 5+ years in senior management, ideally in the financial sector.
  • HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse, high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Organizational Acumen: Strong multitasker with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities to manage competing priorities.
  • Communication: Outstanding communicator, able to engage with employees, management, and external stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  • Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR-related laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing ris
