Job Description

  • Establish and build the full risk management framework for a fintech/digital bank.
  • Develop a transformational, business‑enabling approach to risk.
  • Ensure alignment with BSP regulations specific to digital banks (not traditional banking frameworks).
  • Oversee operational, financial, market, and liquidity risks.
  • Monitor and report on risk exposure and compliance status to senior leadership.
  • Lead the development of a risk-aware culture across the organization.
  • Advise on risk-related matters in strategic decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the implementation of risk management tools and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Risk Officer should have:

  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance regulations in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing risk strategies.
  • Ability to analyze and mitigate complex risks effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
