The company is a key player in providing credit reports and scores, combining credit data with analytics, and helping people manage their personal information and identity.

Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of strategy, planning, and execution for the Philippines business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders across local and global leadership teams.
  • Conduct market assessments using both primary and secondary research to generate strategic insights and recommend market entry and expansion strategies, including buy, build, or partner approaches.
  • Organize and facilitate key strategic discussions and forums for senior leadership teams to drive critical decision-making.
  • Serve as Chief of Staff to the Philippines' Country CEO, coordinating and managing staff meetings, leadership offsites, and other key initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of acquisitions and strategic investments.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for the CEO to support informed decision-making.
  • Drive corporate planning processes and ensure seamless program management across initiatives.
  • Lead the strategic planning process, aligning it with regional objectives and priorities.
  • Spearhead efforts in exploring new markets and oversee the integration of acquired businesses, ensuring the development and execution of integration plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to harmonize business and financial planning, creating a cohesive process that links portfolio management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Research cross-industry best practices and innovative business models to enhance planning processes at both regional and international levels.



The Successful Applicant

  • MBA degree required, with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, ideally in the financial services sector.
  • Previous experience in a leading strategy consulting firm, followed by a role in strategy or corporate development within prominent banking and financial services organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively, and quickly adapt to learning in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with exceptional project management skills.
  • Solid understanding of the Philippine market, including its cultural nuances and specific industries such as credit bureaus and financial services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to collaborate effectively across various functions and with individuals at all levels of seniority.
