Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT development team, ensuring adherence to project timelines, system uptime, stability, and infrastructure security.
  • Deliver the IT roadmap in alignment with company strategy, ensuring milestones are met and resources are effectively allocated.
  • Lead initiatives to improve data management-including structuring, storage, processing, and analytics-to enhance audit accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure IT systems comply with all relevant regulations, data privacy laws, and industry best practices, particularly in the context of online gambling compliance.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of IT tools, platforms, and environments to support operational excellence.
  • Lead IT recruitment processes, including defining role requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting technical assessments, and selecting talent aligned with the company's technical and compliance-driven culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and processes, implementing upgrades and enhancements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand technology needs and ensure IT services meet operational requirements.
  • Manage IT budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective investments in hardware, software, and services.
  • Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect company and client data.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external technology providers, vendors, and regulatory technology partners.
  • Support innovation initiatives by identifying emerging technologies that can improve efficiency, compliance, and market competitiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
  • Masters degree or relevant experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT management, including at least 5 years in a senior
  • leadership role.
  • Proven track record in delivering IT roadmaps and managing large-scale technology
  • projects.
  • Strong expertise in data management, including database architecture, data governance,
  • and analytics.
  • In-depth understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Experience in the online gambling, fintech, or similarly regulated industries.
  • Experience working within compliance-related or compliance-focused industries.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
  • Adept at developing and maintaining operational processes, KPIs, and staff development.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Philippines; knowledge of local business
