Job Description



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT and digital transformation roadmap aligned with the company's long-term business objectives.


  • Provide strategic leadership over SAP systems, ensuring they support business processes across finance, supply chain, operations, and asset management.


  • Lead IT infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity strategy, and enterprise architecture development.


  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to identify technology needs and opportunities.


  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to drive operational efficiency, automation, and scalability.


  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team; foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.


  • Ensure IT governance, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices are in place and adhered to.


  • Manage vendor relationships, particularly with SAP partners and system integrators.



The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior technology leadership role, ideally as CTO, VP of IT, or Head of Digital.


  • Extensive expertise in SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA), including implementation, integration, and optimization across business functions.


  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and cloud technologies.


  • Experience working in asset-heavy industries such as infrastructure, energy, utilities, or construction is highly preferred.


  • Demonstrated ability to align technology with strategic business goals and lead change across large organizations.


  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
