Job Description

echnology Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and implement the company's technology vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Lead software development, system architecture, and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Project & Product Development

  • Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of software solutions and ICT products.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation strategies within the company.

PPP Project Management

  • Lead and manage technology projects for public-private partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ICT industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build and manage a high-performing technology team, including developers, engineers, and project managers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Work closely with the CEO, business development, and operations teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in ICT, software development, or digital transformation.
  • Strong expertise in software development, cloud computing, system architecture, and IT infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in managing PPP projects related to ICT solutions.
  • Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy regulations, and IT compliance in government projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
