This includes shaping and driving the company's technical direction, implementing emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage, overseeing infrastructure, data security, and leading a high-performing tech team to support internal and client-facing systems.

Job Description

  • Define and drive the company's overall technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of internal and external IT systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, data security, and compliance with regulatory standards across all platforms.
  • Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance product capabilities and gain competitive advantage.
  • Manage IT budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure high-quality delivery of tech initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless system integrations and project execution.
  • Represent the technology function in executive discussions and client meetings, effectively communicating technical roadmaps and progress.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated success in a senior technology leadership role such as CTO or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing IT development and engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities in technology strategy.
  • Solid grasp of financial planning and budgeting within a tech context.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong vision for innovation and business transformation.
  • Industry knowledge of online entertainment, gaming, or fintech.
  • Experience in payment processing is essential.
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects.
  • Ability to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled in identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
