Job Description

The Successful Applicant

A successful CTO should have:

  • A strong background in technology leadership roles within the Technology & AI industry.
  • Startup Experience & Technical Builder (0→1 Experience): Proven track record of building products, platforms, or systems from scratch in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Engineering Manager: Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams while maintaining technical credibility.
  • Commercially Minded ("Sales" CTO): Comfortable engaging customers, supporting sales cycles, and translating technical capabilities into business value.
