Job Description

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders at large enterprise clients
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives from ideation through delivery and adoption
  • Facilitate value-discovery and design workshops across diverse business units
  • Bridge client objectives with internal delivery, product, and technical teams
  • Oversee multi-year, enterprise-scale transformation programs, managing scope, risk, and change
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite leaders and key decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through expanded use cases and platform adoption
  • Lead executive business reviews and deliver clear, compelling presentations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Director should have:

  • 6+ years' experience in enterprise client management, consulting, or digital transformation
  • Background in top-tier consulting or advisory environments highly regarded
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior executive and C-level stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of business process transformation and business-IT alignment
  • Experience with low-code/no-code or workflow automation platforms is an advantage
  • Confident facilitator with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable operating in complex environments
  • Willingness to travel as required
