Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to SOPs and service quality.
  • Lead initiatives to improve clinic workflows, utilization, and patient experience.
  • Manage clinic nurses nationwide, fostering a culture of accountability and compassion.
  • Support clinic expansion efforts, including site launches, layout optimization, and post-opening improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Clinic Operations Head should have:

  • A licensed MD with over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations.
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-site healthcare facilities or clinics.
  • Strong communicator and strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
  • Demonstrates empathy, resilience, and maturity in leading teams within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
